At Active AC, we are committed to protecting the data of our clients across Delhi NCR. This policy outlines our protocols for data transparency and security.

  • Information Collection: We collect personal identifiers (Name, phone number, and service address) exclusively through our Google Ads lead forms, website contact widgets, and direct WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Usage Protocol: Data is used solely for scheduling technical interventions, processing service invoices, and providing 30-minute dispatch updates.
  • Security Guarantee: All client data is housed in a password-protected, encrypted database. We maintain a zero-sharing policy with third-party marketing entities.
  • User Rights: You may request absolute data deletion or access to your records by emailing aircon.active@gmail.com.

2. Terms of Service & Technical Charges

A. Visitation & Diagnostic Fees

A standard technical visit charge of ₹200 is applicable for all on-site inspections. This fee is non-refundable but will be fully adjusted into your final service bill should you proceed with the suggested repairs.

B. 90-Day Technical Guarantee

We offer a 90-day warranty on specific repairs and genuine parts replaced by our team. This includes:

3. Disclaimer & Technical Exclusions

Active AC is an independent service provider. Our 90-day guarantee is strictly limited to the specific workmanship performed and parts supplied. The following exclusions apply:

📍 Environmental Hazards Warranty is void for units installed near open drains, sewers, or high-moisture gutters due to rapid coil corrosion (blackening) caused by hydrogen sulfide and other contaminants.
📍 Third-Party Intervention Any repair, relocation, or adjustment made by a third-party technician after our service immediately nullifies the Active AC guarantee.
📍 Refrigerant Limitations Gas refilling is not covered under the 90-day guarantee unless a comprehensive leak-fix service was performed and invoiced by us.
📍 External Factors We are not liable for malfunctions caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or pre-existing structural electrical faults.
